Uber | Greenlight Hub 2.0

Situation

In a channel mix designed for low-touch, reactive problem solving, Uber's driver support centers (known as Greenlight Hubs) have been reduced to a place of last resort. With 650 locations world-wide and 13M drivers seeking in person support every year, Uber wasn't leveraging their massive footprint and captive audience to its full potential.

Solution

In partnership with Fahrenheit 212, we set out to reimagine the Greenlight Hubs, transforming them from passive support centers to kinetic club houses. The clubhouses were built out and piloted in Seattle and DC, creating a full spectrum brand experience that moved from time well saved to time well spent

Our studio assisted Uber with telling the story of the opening to driver-partners, while creating a continuous pulse of discovery and experiences inside the space.
